Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Welcome to MicroSocial (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or purchasing any productized social media service from MicroSocial.us (the “Service”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Service & Deliverables

MicroSocial provides a standardized, hands-off social media content fulfillment service.

  • Monthly Plan Deliverables: Every standard monthly subscription ($99/month) includes 8 static posts (or carousel layouts) and 2 short-form videos formatted for social media feeds per monthly billing cycle.

  • Intake Form Dependent: All content creation relies entirely on assets, details, branding preferences, and media submitted by the Client via the monthly MicroSocial Intake Form.

  • Scheduling: We handle graphic formatting, caption creation, hashtag selection, and scheduling across your designated social channels.

2. Operational Boundaries (What We Do NOT Do)

MicroSocial is designed as an asynchronous, productized utility to keep costs low and efficiency high. To maintain this model, we strictly do not offer custom agency services.

Out-of-Scope Activities Include:

  • Phone Calls or Zoom Meetings: We operate 100% asynchronously. All communication is managed via digital forms and support tickets.

  • Live Sales Calls or Consultations: We do not conduct discovery calls, strategy sessions, or direct sales calls.

  • No One-Off Custom Design Requests: We do not build custom graphics, specialized logos, print materials, or bespoke campaign assets outside our standardized post formats.

  • No Real-Time Community Management: We do not monitor, reply to, or engage with direct messages (DMs), comments, or customer service queries on your social media accounts.

  • No Asset Chasing: It is the Client’s responsibility to submit photos, video clips, and business details via the monthly Intake Form. If no assets are submitted for a billing cycle, MicroSocial will fulfill the posts using pre-built industry templates, branded quotes, or non-custom visual layouts.

3. Submissions & Intake Schedule

  • Monthly Intake Form: Details, promotional items, photos, and video assets must be provided monthly via our online Intake Form.

  • Submission Deadlines: Assets must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your upcoming content posting cycle to ensure timely delivery and scheduling.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

MicroSocial operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, strict refund and cancellation boundaries apply to protect completed fulfillment work:

  • Cancellation Before Content Delivery: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the delivery or initial scheduling of your monthly content batch to prevent future monthly charges.

  • No Refunds After Delivery: Once initial monthly content drafts have been generated, delivered for review, or scheduled into your social publishing queues, no refunds or cancellations will be issued for that active billing cycle.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, and no further monthly charges will occur.

5. Account Access & Rights

  • Account Credentials: Client grants MicroSocial access to publish directly to Client social media accounts via secure third-party integration tools.

  • Asset Ownership: Client retains full ownership of all raw images, logos, and materials provided in the Intake Form. Client warrants that all provided assets do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

  • Finished Assets: Upon payment, Client holds full rights to use the completed graphic files and scheduled post copy created by MicroSocial.

5. Account Access & Rights

MicroSocial makes no guarantees regarding specific follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, or direct revenue sales resulting from published content. The Service is provided on an "as-is" fulfillment basis.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
